Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace, registering a church account, or utilizing the Churchtell platform ("Service"), you ("Subscriber", "Church", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement") provided by Churchtell Technology Corp.

Key Summary: Registering your church means you agree to these platform guidelines, designed to protect both your ministry data and platform integrity.

2. Church Workspaces & Account Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security of their church subdomain, admin portal credentials, and staff access roles. Any activities occurring under your church workspace are your responsibility.

  • Administrators must ensure all contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Subscribers must immediately notify Churchtell of any unauthorized workspace access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The Churchtell platform is engineered specifically for Christian ministry operations, congregation management, and Gospel outreach. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal communications.
  • Send unsolicited spam SMS or email broadcasts in violation of local laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or breach platform infrastructure security.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Cancellation

Self-service plans (Growth and Pro) include a 14-day trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selection unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Churchtell billing dashboard.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

Subscribers retain 100% ownership of all congregation member records, giving logs, media archives, and pastoral care notes uploaded to the Service. Churchtell will never claim ownership over your data nor sell your information to third parties.

6. Platform Availability & Service Level

Churchtell strives to maintain 99.99% operational uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via admin notifications.
